This is a huge system with over 100 tons weight and can do the granite cutting in very fast and efficient manner using steel angular grit and steel saw blades as consumables for cutting.

• Marble Gangsaw

This is a huge system with capacity of 100 tons weight and does the marble cutting very fast and efficiently with segment blades as consumbles for cutting.

• 14 Head Line Polishing Machine

Has fourteen vertical heads to polish the sawn but rough granite slabs into the final fully glossed granite slabs. once polished the slab is ready for consumer use for counters, floorings, claddings etc.

• Automatic Resin Application Line

This uses epoxy resins with heat to fill the micro holes in the granite slabs which make slab a sturdy yet glossy surface to use in day to day application bridge which enables to cut the slabs into the required size.

• Profile Machine

Profile machine enables the edge of the stone be profiled to different designs for a beautiful look.

• 60 Tons Gantry Crane

To lift the heavy stone blocks and to put them into the machine for cutting.

• Bush Hammering
